In January 1994, I moved into a home that had been previously owned by Dr. Lee Phillips, a veterinarian.  Upon his death in 1991, he bequeathed his estate to his animals.  I was later asked by the trustee of the estate to become the
caretaker of this home and Dr. Phillip's animals.  I took this job without hesitation, realizing the honor that was being bestowed upon me to live in such an amazing environment.  After a few months, and several requests from friends to
care for their animals here, I decided to quit my real job and take care of animals full time.

After nine years, I purchased the property and as a condition of Dr. Phillip's will, the proceeds were divided between two animal
charities. I love what I do and I'm so happy to share my home with all of the animals.  All my "guests" are treated as
mine, and everyone goes home clean, happy, and tired!
